Tarsus Pain In The Front Leg

This is leg pain that comes from a pinched nerve in your lower spine. It can range from a bad cramp to a strong shooting pain that makes it hard to stand or even sit.

The pain is usually located just in front of the lateral malleolus (ankle bone), in a very similar place to where your ankle ligaments run and it often gets mistaken for a ligament sprain. Here's a video where we discuss Sinus Tarsi Syndrome in a lot more detail
